Welcome to ack44. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and ack44 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ack44 website located at ack44.io and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, virtual games, promotional offers, and payment processing facilities.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any services provided by ack44.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Member on the ack44 platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, expressed in BDT.
• "Bonus Funds" means any funds credited to an Account as part of a promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, or other offered activity.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum cumulative bet value a Member must place before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required for account creation, withdrawals, and periodic compliance reviews.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of ack44 is not permitted under applicable law.
• "Platform" means the ack44 website (ack44.io), mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services.
• "Sporting Event" means any competitive sporting contest on which ack44 offers betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, hockey, and others.

Registration and use of the ack44 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. ack44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to an individual below the minimum age will be immediately closed and any funds held therein may be forfeited subject to a compliance review.

To create an ack44 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid mobile phone number (registered in Bangladesh), and a unique username and password. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered ack44 account. Opening or operating more than one account — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or on behalf of another person — is strictly prohibited. ack44 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method analysis to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and winnings accrued on those accounts may be voided.

The ack44 platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ack44 complies with any laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ack44 does not represent or warrant that the use of its services is lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ack44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ack44 immediately via our 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected].

You may request the closure of your ack44 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

ack44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, if we suspect fraudulent activity, if a chargeback is initiated, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction. In cases of suspected fraud, ack44 may also withhold funds pending investigation.

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ack44 will provide reasonable notice via email or SMS before applying any inactivity fee. Inactivity fees, where applicable, will not reduce an account balance below zero.

ack44 is committed to operating in a compliant and responsible manner. As part of this commitment, we are required to verify the identity of our members. The KYC process may be triggered at the time of registration, upon requesting a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary by our compliance team.

Accepted identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. You may also be asked to provide proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad mobile wallet showing your name and number) and proof of residential address.

ack44 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases may take longer. During the verification period, withdrawals may be placed on hold. ack44 will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unclear documentation submitted by the Member.

All bets placed on ack44 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or competition. These rules are available on the platform for each market. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

A bet is only accepted when ack44 confirms it with a unique bet reference number displayed on screen. ack44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where system errors, incorrect odds, or suspicious patterns are detected. Communication of a bet by a Member does not constitute a binding agreement until ack44's system confirms acceptance.

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any point during a sporting event. ack44 endeavours to keep markets open for as long as possible, but reserves the right to suspend or close markets where live data feeds are disrupted, where match incidents occur (e.g., wickets, DRS reviews in cricket), or where integrity concerns arise.

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Member's account where: (a) the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the platform's settlement deadline; (b) the event result is officially overturned; (c) a material error in the published odds is identified; or (d) the market is offered on an event that does not take place.

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are determined by ack44 at its sole discretion and may vary by sport, market type, and Member account tier. Current maximum payout limits are displayed on the platform and may be updated without prior notice.

For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, the following additional rules apply: (a) matches reduced in overs (e.g., due to rain) will be settled based on the revised target and official result — Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applies where applicable; (b) Super Over results will be used for match-winner markets unless specifically stated otherwise; (c) player performance markets (e.g., top batsman, most wickets) will be settled based on official scorecards published by the relevant cricket board.

ack44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. ack44 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to payment method limits and Member account tier
• Deposits are credited to the Member's ack44 balance immediately or within minutes, subject to payment provider processing times
• ack44 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during regular operating hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (matching rule)
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed
• ack44 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside peak payment provider operating hours may experience delays beyond ack44's control

All transactions on ack44 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ack44 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If a payment is received in a currency other than BDT, a conversion may be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at ack44's discretion.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by ack44 are subject to these general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

New Members who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the ack44 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited as a 100% match on the first deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳1,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the combined bonus and deposit amount before any withdrawal can be made. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited; unused bonus funds will be removed from the account after this period.

Wagering requirements specify the total bet volume a Member must achieve before bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Only bets placed using eligible games count towards wagering requirements. Bets placed on certain game categories, or bets below the minimum stake threshold, may not count or may contribute at a reduced percentage. ack44 prohibits bonus abuse in all forms. This includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional structures; and using bots or automated systems to claim or wager bonus funds. ack44 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

ack44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Member has already met the qualifying conditions, ack44 will honour the bonus for those qualifying Members in good standing.

ack44 offers casino games — including video slots, live dealer tables, and virtual games — sourced from internationally certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, PG Soft, and others.

All casino games available on ack44 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published by the respective game providers. ack44 does not modify game mechanics or RTP settings.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a casino game session, ack44 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be returned to the Member's balance at ack44's discretion. ack44 is not liable for losses arising from third-party game provider outages or network disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Live dealer game rules are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a live stream failure mid-round, the round may be voided and stakes returned.

ack44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a suite of tools to help Members manage their gaming activity. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We encourage all Members to set personal limits and to use the platform's responsible gaming tools proactively.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard. Any request to increase a deposit limit will be subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will be notified when your session limit is approaching and automatically logged out when it is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend betting and gaming activity for a chosen period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration). During a cooling-off period, promotional communications will be paused.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ack44 platform. Violations may result in account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and permanent closure without prior notice:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Opening or operating more than one account (duplicate accounts)
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or exploiting pricing errors in a systematic manner
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering)
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ack44 customer support staff or other Members
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law

All content on the ack44 platform — including but not limited to the ack44 brand name and logo, website design, user interface layouts, graphics, text, data compilations, software, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ack44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ack44 content without prior written authorisation.

ack44 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance. ack44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform unavailability, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

ack44 endeavours to ensure that all information published on the platform — including odds, market results, game rules, and promotional terms — is accurate and up to date. However, ack44 does not warrant the absolute accuracy of such information and shall not be liable for any loss resulting from reliance on inaccurate information caused by technical errors or third-party data feed failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ack44's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in that Member's account at the time the relevant claim arose. ack44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

ack44 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, network or infrastructure failures, civil unrest, or any other circumstance that could not have been reasonably anticipated or prevented.

ack44 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at ack44.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ack44 uses your personal data to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, deliver promotional communications (where you have opted in), and fulfil any applicable compliance obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal data transmitted between your device and ack44's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. ack44 implements industry-standard information security practices to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

ack44 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ack44 will provide reasonable advance notice via email, SMS, or an in-platform notification. The effective date of any revision will be clearly displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ack44 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.2.
